FOOD INTOLERANCES
  • We have available vegetarian, vegan, Gluten and Lactose free food.Please contact with our Maitre or Chef..
SANITARY WASTE
  • If you need to dispose of any type of sanitary waste such as syringes or medicines, please notify the Reception.
POOL TOWELS
  • The dirty towel will be deposited at the reception, the new towel will also be collected at the reception.
  • If you need pool towels, please ask for them at the reception with 10€ deposit in cash that will be given back on your last day or whenever you return your towels. Changing towels for fresh ones has a charge of 50 cents (0,50€) per towel.
SAFE
  • Request it at the reception before deposit of 10€ and a rental of 2.60€ per day. The deposit will be returned with the Delivery of the card the day the customer stops using it.
ROOM CREDITS
  • To have credit in your room account, you must show your card with the number of your reservation.The credit authorized in extras has a maximum amount of € 500.00, The staff of Reception will contact you if you exceed that limit..

ROOM LIGHTING
  • It is necessary to insert the card in the box that is located next to the entrance door to the room. To turn on the light, just press the switch.
PLASTIC REDUCTION
  • To help reduce use of plastic we have water dispensers in snack and pool bars- When you wish to drink some water, our waiters will serve it in a cardboard cup.
  • From 10 to 18 in those bars the water will be free of charge.
LATE CHECK OUT
  • ate check-out subject to availability (with extra cost), depending on the departure time. Ask at reception on the day of departure for time availability. The Late Check-out includes only the use of the room and does not include food or beverage service or Thalasso. If you want to add food and beverage service or Thalasso (Extra cost), ask at the reception.

GIMNASIO
  • Opening hours from 08:00 till 21:00 h.
      • Rules for using the gym:
        li>Please keep in mind to wear sport clothes to take a use of the gym.
      • Please wear trainers or at least any closed shoes to use the gym.
      • For hygienic reasons we ask you to use towels for the equipment.
      • When you are finished with any kind of equipment, please return it into its place.
      • Persons under 15 years are not allowed to use the gym.
      • If you are unsure how to use any of the equipment, please don’t hesitate to ask for help at the reception of the Thalassotherapie Centre.
      • Please use the lockers to store your personal belongings.
      • If you are pregnant or have any physical problem, certain treatments might be dangerous. Please contact our staff in advance.
TENIS
